RECAP "Kangen 7-Day Gallon Challenge" I drank at least 1 gallon (128 ounces) each day for 7 days. I drank a total of 1022 ounces, which is barely less than 8 gallons for the week.

Here's what I noticed from increasing my Kangen ("Water Of Champions") by about 32 ounces a day, from my usual amount I drink:

Dreams

I truly believe in dreams. I know dreams do come true.
